Mr. Devendar R. has spent more than fifteen years teaching English to young learners, holding a B.Ed. in English and a deep belief that language opens every other door in life. Before founding Akshara, he taught across primary and middle-school classrooms in Mancherial, working closely with children who learn at their own pace and in their own way.

His classrooms are calm, attentive, and full of questions. He treats reading aloud, handwriting, and grammar not as separate drills but as parts of one continuous skill — the ability to think clearly and say what you mean. Parents often describe his sessions as the moment their child started to enjoy school.

At Akshara, he leads the academic program, mentors the teaching team, and personally oversees the English curriculum across Playgroup through Primary. He continues to take classes every week — because, in his words, "the day I stop teaching is the day I stop understanding the children."
